Program manager

Stepping Stones, a nationally accredited Infant Mental Health provider of residential and community services to children, youth and families located in Maine, is seeking a motivated individual on a full time basis to fill the position of Program Manager at our home located in Harrington, Maine. The program is an eight-bed residential treatment program serving children ages 0-5 and mother, father or families respectively. The right individual will provide management support to the staff, youth and their families as well as provide functional oversight of their respective licensed programs. It is also expected this individual will be an integral member of the supervisory team. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact in the life of at-risk children and their families.

Educational and experience requirements: Minimum of a 2 year degree and/or minimum of 5 years business management experience.
